Leather Floors
The hard wearing quality of the leather used in the production of shoe soles makes it an ideal flooring material. It combines warmth, durability and resilience with the qualities of a natural material that will appeal to all the senses.
Leather is an organic, low maintenance flooring solution that will also provide a long lasting and visually spectacular surface. In bedrooms, and indeed any upper-floor room, leather floors also provide a reduction in noise and a significant increase in heat insulation that will increase your comfort levels.
Harcourt use specially selected hides with pronounced linear grain, which when trimmed to tiles, provide that luxurious look and feel. We manufacture each floor in our own workshops and install it to your specific requirements. Once laid we treat the floor with natural beeswax to develop its deep lustre, give it longevity and maintain its surface qualities.
Our tile sizes can be suited to your specific room but our maximum tile size is usually 800mm x 900mm. Many colours and surfaces textures are available and samples can be viewed by prospective clients.
